DEI Reviews

Ensure that your organization's policies align with national standards and reflect your diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

We conduct DEI Reviews for sports organizations of all sizes and levels. This includes NGBs, athletic programs, individual institutions, conference offices, sports organizations or companies, and NCAA conference memberships.

How It Works:
  • We help clients assemble an internal DEI Review team and task force.

  • Clients gain access to our online DEI Review portal, where you can submit your institution’s data for analysis.

  • We assess over 50 policies, practices, and initiatives at your institution and compare them to national best practices.

  • We conduct informal interviews with key stakeholders upon request.

  • We provide a detailed report of our findings, identify institution-specific areas for growth, and policy recommendations to achieve desired DEI outcomes.*

  • We can provide other services that support your program’s DEI goals, including but not limited to strategic planning and stakeholder engagement around the DEI Review process.

  • We provide one-on-one support to guide clients through the entire process and maximize the impact of their DEI review.

*Note for NCAA institutions: Our DEI Reviews assess the essential areas of review outlined in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Review Framework, and are a great way to complete the attestation if it is required of your institution.

Suzy Sanchez, Director of Culture, Community, and Outreach at USA Weightlifting

"Working with the Inclusion Playbook really elevated how our organization approached our diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. The thoughtful structure provided in the inclusion playbook audit, made it easy for our organization to take actionable steps to make our sport more equitable and inclusive. The inclusion playbook team was always readily available to answer any questions that we had and we are grateful to have the additional support when working with limited resources."
